JAMMU, Feb 9: A youth has been arrested with sharp edged weapon.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from RS Pura Police Station laid a naka near Baspur Bangla and intercepted a youth, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered sharp edged weapon (Khokri) from the possession of the youth and arrested him.
The arrested person has been identified as Vimal Sharma, son of Romesh Chander Sharma, a resident of Abdulian, Tehsil Suchetgarh, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 22/2020 under section 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at RS Pura Police Station and investigation started.
