JAMMU, Feb 11: Ex-husband of a lady was among three persons were booked in a rape case.
As per police sources, a person identified as Mohammad Aslam, son of Mohammad Ismail of Bonjwah District Kishtwar, at present Punjab called her ex-wife to settle some marriage dispute amicable at Ragoora and took turns to rape her along with his two associates identified as Jattu, son of Alam Din of Bakerwal Colony Marheen District Kathua and Sonu, son of Ali, a resident of Hariachack, Marheen District Kathua.
The woman got directions from the court to lodge a case against the trio at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 21/2020 under section 376-B IPC has been registered at Bagh-e-Bahu Police Station and investigation started.
After conducting medical examination, the woman has been handed over to family members.
