JAMMU, Feb 11: On the instructions of Justice Geeta Mittal, J&K High Court Chief Justice and Patron-in-Chief of J&K Legal Services Authority and in collaboration with J&K Health Department, a medical camp was organized today at District Jail here.
The medical camp was inaugurated by the Member Secretary J&K District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Mohinder Kumar Sharma.
The guest consultants were Dr. Rajesh Sharma, Dermatologist; Dr. Abhishek Chander, Psychiatrist; Dr. Neeru, ENT Specialist; Dr. Abdul Hamid, Physician; Dr. Anju, Gynaecology; Dr. Sunita Sharma, Medical Officer GMC Jammu and Dr. Mridula Gupta, Dental Surgeon. The medicines were provided by DLSA.
Secretary DLSA, Naushad Ahmad Khan along with Nodal Officer, Sunila Kumari and Mirza Saleem Beig, Superintendent Jail coordinated to make the camp successful wherein over 500 jail inmates were examined by the specialists.
