REASI, Feb 13: Police foiled an attempt of bovine smuggling and rescued six numbers of cattle at Kanjli Chhapanoo, under the jurisdiction of Reasi Police Station.
Police also arrested the alleged smuggler, namely Mohd Khan son of Noor Ali of Bamyal, Nagrota Jammu, who was taking the bovine animals towards Kashmir without valid permission.
In this connection, case FIR number 13/2020, under section 188 IPC has been registered at Police Station Reasi.
