JWAM stages protest against unemployment

JAMMU, Feb 17: Activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) here today staged a protest demonstration against the rising unemployment in J&K.
Addressing the protesters JWAM leader, Sunil Dimple demanded regularization of daily wagers, J&K Bank Khidmadgars, contractual lecturers etc.
He also said that authorities should restore 4G internet services in J&K.
JWAM leader alleged that when the unemployed youths raise their voice, they are put behind the bars and are baton-charged to suppress their voice.
He said that family members and parents of the unemployed educated youths are under constant stress because of unemployment.
Dimple alleged that the administration is playing with the future of the educated youths of Jammu region by making hollow promises with them.
He also demanded that youths should also be recruited under the SRO of sports policy by J&K Sports Council.
Manjiet Anand, Sachin Soi, Satpal Kohli, Chaman Pawar, Rajesh, Shiv Kumar, Sat Sharma, Arjun Kumar, Anmol and others were also present in the protest demonstration.
