JAMMU, Feb 17: All Jammu and Kashmir Kashyap Rajput Sabha today constituted its new unit of Lower Roop Nagar, Muthi (Ward No.66) here.
The prominent persons and senior citizens of the Ward today organised a function and invited president of the organisation, Murari Lal Balgotra, along with other office bearers for constitution of the new unit of the ward.
During the function, the office bearers also discussed non implementation of Mandal Commission Report post abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir at par with others UTs of India, resulting, the OBC community is still depriving to get the benefits of the Mandal Commission. They demanded political reservation for OBC community.
Jagdish Kashyap nominated as president of the new unit Subesh Mehra as Chairman, Sunil Dogra as Vice president of the unit while Kuljeet Kumar, Girdhari Lal, Surinder Kumar and Ex Sub Major, Prem Lal as Vice President, General Secretary, Secretary and Advisor respectively.
Prominent among other present during the function were Gopal Krishan Sanotra, General Secretary, Boadh Raj Dogra, Sr Advisor, Ashok Kumar Dogra, Ex Corporator, Sr Advisor Subh Kumar, Secretary, Suresh Kumar, Ram Gopal, President of W No. 1, Prem Kumar and Ravi Kumar Dogra along with all secretaries of All J&K KRPS.
