JAMMU, Feb 24: An enforcement team of electric Sub Div-II, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) today recovered Rs 32.23 lakh pending bills in the areas falling under its jurisdiction.
A team headed by AEE Jagdeep Singh Sasan, alongwith feeder managers and field staff, visited Greater Kailash, Nai Basti, Satwari, Chib Mohalla Digiana, Main Road Digiana, Rajeev Gandhi Hosptial Colony and inspected 89 installations (commercial & domestic consumers).
The team recovered Rs.32.23 lakh pending bills and also disconnected the illegal electric connections. The consumers were asked to regularized their electric connection and do not indulge in power theft.
