JAMMU, Mar 2: In a special drive, RS Pura Police tightened noose against traffic violators and challaned thousands of bike riders and seized them in hundreds.
Special Police teams led by SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan with SHOs of RS Pura, Bishnah, Arnia and Miran Sahib Police Station were seen challaning and seizing the traffic violators.
Around 1500 two wheelers were challaned and more then 500 were seized in week long drive.
Specific focus was put on stunt bikers, triple riders, overloaded mini-buses and bikes with out helmets.
A visible change was observed in the town after this drive.
