RAJOURI, Mar 10: A young motorcyclist was killed when his bike was hit by a car at Thandi Kassi, near Tourism office, here this morning.
The deceased was identified as Ashish Kumar (20), son of Rakesh Kumar of Mankote, Rajouri. He succumbed to his injuries at GMC Hospital Rajouri.
Reports said that the accident took place around 11.15 AM at Thandi Kassi when a Baleno car (JK12A- 8239) coming from Pooch, collided head on with Yamaha motor cycle (JK06A- 0571). The motorcycle rider got seriously injured and was rushed to GMC Hospital Rajouri where he succumbed to his injuries after some time.
