Srinagar, Mar 11: A senior officer in the R&B division Baramulla has been suspended on graft charges and attached with DC office with immediate effect.
Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr. G. N Itoo this evening issued the suspension order of Assistant Accounts Officer, R&B Div. Baramulla Khursheed Ahmad after receiving complaints of graft. The DC also initaited an enquiry and asked Additional Deputy Commissioner to submit the report within three days.
Meanwhile AAO, BDO Rafiabad has been given the additional charge of AAO, R&B Baramulla till further orders.
