SAMBA, Mar 14: Police seized 40 illegal gas cylinders from the shop near Railway barrier, Bari Brahmana in district Samba today.
According to the report, today a team of District Special Branch (DSB) along with Bari Brahmana police seized 32 Handi gas, 8 commercial cylinders and three big cylinders from a shop owned by one Ranjeet Singh, resident of Ramban at present Bari Brahmana near Railway barrier. Police said the shopkeeper was illegally filling the small gas cylinders inside the shop. All the material was seized on spot and owner of the shop was arrested.
In this regard police has taken cognizance of the matter and started further investigations.
