JAMMU, Mar 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Govt Employees Joint Action Committee (JKGEJAC) has strongly projected employees issues with regard to release of 4 % DA, regularization of daily wagers, release of their pending wages and health insurance policy for employees.
A meeting of GEJAC of Union Territory of J&K was held under the presidium of Sushil Sudan, Suresh Sharma and Subash Verma, senior leaders of the Committee to take stock of the latest scenario with regards to fulfillment of pending demands of employees of Government and PSUs.
The committee resolved to remained under “wait and watch” mode in view of the present situation and extended full cooperation. They also lauded budget with regard to creation of 50,000 jobs.
They demanded that Govt should immediately announce Health Insurance Policy for employees, release of 4% DA, restructuring of JMC, Estate Dept and Govt Ranbir Press, regularization of daily wagers, scarping of SRO -202, payment of salary as per 7th Pay Commission report and release of pending DA in favour of State Forest Corporation employees, closing of all officers in view of Corona Virus temporarily.
