Srinagar, Mar 23: Kashmir Private Diagnostic Centre’s Association (KPDCA) today offered its full support to the administration in dealing with the crisis emerging out of outbreak of COVID-19 infection.
The Association today told a news conference that it was ready to help the administration by all means in dealing with the situation.
“We at Kashmir Private Diagnostic Centres Association are here to offer the administration our fullest support as well as services by means of manpower equipments, services as well as accommodation of our private clinics to be utilized as awareness centres of whatsoever,” a hand-out issued here in this regard said.
It said that we along with the whole world are facing an unprecedented pandemic caused by novel coronavirus. “The whole human race is in a state of panic”, they said.
The Association said that they have already taken some measures and have sent the letter to the divisional administration, those in health services “to offer our full support and services all the time.”
“We are already in touch with concerned authorities and some companies outside the country for the import of diagnostic kits and with due permission of the authorities, we may come up with initially at least one diagnostic facility for the diagnosis of COVID-19 tests, then can be increased gradually,” it said.
The Association said that at the end we once again offer the authorities our services and support by all means in this hour of need.
