JKTJAC urges Govt to issue Grade-II, III orders of teachers

SRINAGAR, Mar 26: Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Joint Action Committee has appealed the Government to issue Grade-II and Grade-III orders of teachers, which are pending from last one and a half year.
General Secretary JKTJAC, Saleem Sagar has appealed the Lt Governor’s Advisor, K K Sharma; Asghar Samoon, Principal Secretary Education; Mohammad Younis Malik, DSEK and Anuradha Gupta, DSEJ to look into the matter of regularised teachers who are without salary from last one and a half year.
“The files of these teachers are lying at Directorates of School Education Kashmir/ Jammu for conversion into Grade -II and Grade-III teachers. These files are complete in all respect and the unnecessary delay in conversion is a matter of great concern,” he said.
Saleem Sagar appeals the administration to solve this burning issue on priority basis as these teachers have to support their families and moreover the present situation due to breakout of COVID-19 has added to their miseries.
