Sir,
Reserved category like RBA, ALC benefits should be given to only those people who are actually residing there. I have the examples of people who have never been to that very places but still enjoy the benefits. By putting those candidates to jobs is really downgrading the standards as there are bulk of eligible and far more educated candidates who are jobless. So if the State has to grown, then right people at right places should be the apporach adopted.
