Some politicians trying to communalize COVID-19: TDF

DODA, Apr 2: Thathri Development Front (TDF) today charged that it was very unfortunate that some politicians were trying to communalise Coronavirus when 11 more test positive of COVID-19 were reported and tally reached to 67 in J&K.
They said that since the World Health Organisation declared the deadly virus as pandemic that indicates the COVID-19 does not distinguish between Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians; it strikes all but some politicians who have lost its political base in Jammu and Kashmir, now they were trying to regain the same by polarising the people on basis of religions by targeting a single community.
They cautioned the general public not to get misled by the degraded politics of divide and rule, regionalism, communalism for the sake of vote bank.
They also appreciated Arvind Kejriwal for the announcement of Rs one Crore for the families members of frontline workers if they lose their lives while dealing with Coronavirus cases in the National Capital.
They further appealed Prime Minister to make such electoral and judicial reforms so that no a single criminal should reach in the temple of democracy in the upcoming election.
