JAMMU, Apr 8: Bishnah Police arrested a man for violating District Magistrate (DM) Jammu order issued in wake of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
As per police sources, an information was received through reliable sources that a person namely Ashok Kumar, son of Samma Ram is doing construction work in his house at Village Harsa Dabber, Tehsil Bishnah by violating DM Jammu’s lockdown order.
Acting over the information, a team from Bishnah Police Station led by SHO Inspector Deepak Pathania under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan and SP Headquarters Adil Hamid rushed to the spot and arrested Ashok Kumar.
A case under FIR Number 58/2020 under section 188/IPC has been registered at Police Station Bishnah and investigation started.
