Several contributes for fight against COVID-19

JAMMU, Apr 19: Several people donated today towards PM CARES Fund to support the Government in its fight against COVID-19.
Sant Subhash Shastri ji Maharaj donated Rs 1.31 lakh to PM CARES Fund and handed over the bank cheque for the same to Ravinder Raina, president, Bharatiya Janata Party, J&K Union Territory, at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, in the presence of MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, former Deputy CM Kavinder Gupta, BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Kaul, vice-president Yudhvir Sethi and Deputy Mayor (JMC) Purnima Sharma.
Carrying forward the legacy of their father, late B R Luthra, founder Chairman of Luthra Academy, of standing by the nation in times of crisis, Rajiv Luthra and Sanjeev Luthra has donated Rs 46000 towards PM CARES Fund. While Rs 2100 was donated today and the cheque of the same was handed over to Executive Member BJP J&K, Raman Suri, a sum of Rs 25000 was donated three days back and the cheque for the same was handed over to BJP leader Sanjay Baru.
Renowned doctor, PP Raina donated an amount of Rs 21000 to PM CARES Fund while Dr D R Kapoor, a retired bureaucrat and resident of 547/1, Sector C, Sainik Colony, Jammu made a contribution of Rs 15000 towards PM CARES Fund.
