JAMMU, Apr 4: The Centre has appointed RK Goyal, a 1990 batch IAS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre, as Joint Secretary, Department of Information Technology in the Government of India.
Mr Goyal had served as Principal Secretary to Government and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. He had also served as the Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
