UDHAMPUR, Apr 20: Police today arrested a drug peddler and seized 07grms of heroin like contraband substance from Chabutra Bazar, Udhampur.
According to SSP Udhampur, Rajiv Pandey, a Police patrolling party, led by SHO Udhampur, Insp Vijay Singh Choudhary, intercepted the accused namely Udhav Sharma of Ward number 12, Chabutra Bazar Udhampur and recovered heroin like substance from his possession.
In this connection, a case FIR number 167/2020, under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Udhampur and further investigation of the case is taken up.
