SAMBA, Apr 24: Samba police booked a cement shop owner at Muthi Kalan, Ghagwal for violation of ongoing lockdown orders in view of COVID-19 threat.
According to the report, a police party of Police Station, Ghagwal while enforcing lockdown in the area has found that a cement shop at village Muthi Kalan was opened by its owner namely Suresh Kumar, S/o Sudagar Chand, R/o Muthi Kalan, Ghagwal in clear violation of prohibitory orders issued by DM Samba.
At this, the owner of the shop has been booked under case FIR No. 36/2020 U/S 188 IPC at P/S Ghagwal.
