POONCH, Apr 28: Tehsildar Mendhar, Dr Vikram Kumar along with Naib Tehsildar Ashfaq Ahmed Fani today booked six shopkeepers and sealed four shops for violation of lock down orders issued as a precautionary measure to contain spread of Covid-19 in the Mendhar area of Poonch district.
Tehsildar Mendhar -led team of officers carried out inspection of various markets to ensure complete lockdown and ensure implementation of the DM’s orders.
The inspection was carried out at Mendhar main market, Bus Stand, Jamia Masjid Road and other markets and during inspections four shops were sealed, while as six shopkeepers were booked for violation of lockdown orders.
Tehsildar stressed on shopkeepers, owners of restaurants and other business establishments to ensure complete shutdown across all markets to contain spread of infection.
