Jammu, Apr 6: Fortune Inn Riviera, member ITC’s Hotel Group, launched its new restaurant -“The Oriental Pavilion” at the top level of the hotel.
The restaurant, which is a perfect blend of elegant décor, gracious hospitality and authentic Oriental/Chinese cuisine, is another addition in the various restaurants being operated at the hotel. The Oriental Pavilion restaurants are already operating in Gurgaon, Vijayawada, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mysore and Hyderabad under this brand.
The cuisine at The Oriental Pavilion is a balanced mix of Chinese, Thai & Indonesian cuisines. Since, major part of the Orient is heavily influenced by the Chinese cuisine; the menu lays a greater emphasis on Chinese food. At the same time it offers a great option for its guests to choose from various other cuisines.
The classic curries from Thailand, robust delicacies from Indonesia and the regional cuisine of China. The Oriental Pavilion has a potent to mix of all.

Oriental Master Chef Sadashankar added, “the restaurant will offer a complete Oriental meal from Starters to Desserts to the guests. We would be offering varieties of Dimsums like Suimai and GuoTie, Soups like Tom Yum and Seafood Noodle Bowl Soup, Starters like Satay and Tempura at this restaurant”.
At Oriental Pavilion, guests will savour Main Course dishes prepared from freshest ingredients in an array of exotic sauces like XO, Chilli & Basil, Sichuan Hot Sauce, Black Bean Chilli Sauce, Chilli Oyster Sauce, Massaman, Chilli Hoisin and not to forget the popular Thai curries. Interesting farinaceous dishes like Phad Thai Noodles, Sticky Rice, Soft Noodles, Nasi Goreng and Yong Chow Faan will be on offer. Classic desserts like Darsan, Date Pancake, Apple Toffee and Tab Tib Grub will also be offered
