JAMMU, May 13: With the increasing return of stranded persons from various parts of the country and following the directions of BJP High Command, former State president, BJP and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA), along with BJP Jammu West team visited Quarantine Centre located at Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, Gole Gujral, Talab Tillo and inspected the facilities including proper meals being provided to the people under quarantine by the district administration.
He was accompanied by district president, BJP Munish Khajuria, corporator Ward 32, Sat Pal Karlupia, district incharges for quarantine centres, Karan Sharma, Rajesh Gupta and Shree Kerni, Mandal president Keshav Chopra and officials deputed in the centre. Pertinent to mention, a total number of 85 people have been placed under quarantine in this Centre.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma asked the concerned officials to be ready to go to any extent to provide security and quarantine facilities to them. Sharma also appealed to all people who are placed under quarantine to follow and stick to the medical protocols laid down by the Government. He appreciated the efforts of district and UT administration for their relentless service in combating this global pandemic and providing proper meals to the people who are placed under quarantine.
Munish Khajuria asked the officials to keep a clean and conducive atmosphere and also lauded the work done by administration in these times to protect citizens safety.
Munish Gupta, Satyabhushan Dubey, Rajesh Saini, Rahul Mehra, Abhishek Sharma, Harish Dutta were also present.
