SRINAGAR, May 14: In its ongoing efforts to support the administration in the fight against COVID-19, Godfrey Phillips India (GPI) Ltd donated PPE and other protective equipment to IGP Kashmir, Vijay Kumar today for the use of Police staff.
GPI, one of the top FMCG players in the region has always led from the front in contributing towards social causes. Only last week, GPI had donated 1 lakh masks through DC Srinagar.
The consignment handed over to the IGP consisted of face masks, sanitizers, gloves, infra-red thermometers, area sanitization chemicals and PPE gowns.
The GPI Team comprised of Jahanzeb Bhat, Manager JKHP; Javid Ahmad, ASM Valley and Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, CFA Valley.
IGP Vijay Kumar hailed the gesture and appreciated the contribution being made by GPI in the fight against COVID-19.
