KATHUA, May 15: Deputy Commissioner Kathua O.P Bhagat today handed over ex -gratia relief cheques to the tune of Rs 80,000 under Red Cross among the family members of victims of tragic domestic cylinder blast in border village Manyari, Hiranagar.
The Deputy Commissioner disbursed a cheque of Rs 50,000 to Monika Devi wife of the deceased Sohan Lal S/o Daleep Chand who lost his life in the incident, whereas a cheque of Rs 30,000 was handed over to Ritu Devi wife of injured Kaku Ram who got badly injured in the incident.
SSP Kathua, Shailendra Mishra, Executive Secretary IRCS Kathua Om Parkash Sharma were also present.
