JAMMU, May 18: Distribution of ration and other essential items among the needy persons continued here.
On the direction of GA Mir JKPCC Chief, Uday Bhanu Chib President JKPYC distributed ration, vegetables and pulses to more than hundred families of labourers from UP and Bihar in the presence of Mula Ram Former Minister and Vice President JKPCC and Hari Singh Chib President DCC Jammu Rural near Government Degree College Mishriwala.
SHO Samba Inspector Suraj Pathania along with his team distributed the ration and green vegetables among the needy and slum dwellers families in Ward No 8 Samba. Pathania also distributed the biscuits among children.

Stephens College of Nursing under the aegis of Dr Aparna Educational Trust and Stephens International Public School (SIPS) distributed ration among the needy persons. Dr Kamal Saini (IGP Retd) Chairman Stephens College of Nursing, Director SIPS Satvinder Saini and many others were present on the occasion.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader and former MLA Bhaderwah constituency Daleep Singh Parihar distributed ration/food and masks among needy families residing at Khaljiuser and other parts of Bhallesa in Bhaderwah consistency.
Chandra Bhaga Development cum Charitable Trust distributed essential items to the downtrodden people of Kastigarh Doda.
A ration distribution event was organized by Vijay Raina, Sarpanch, Chowgam, Rakesh Kaul, Municipal Councillor, Mattan, Vimla Chrungoo, Secretary, Daughters of Panun Kashmir, Sanjay Bhat, Sarpanch, Rajpura, Sandeep Kisroo, Cordinator, Inspire Foundation and Rajaji Kachroo, Senior Activist, Panun Kashmir. A band of women and youth activists coordinated the distribution process of ration and relief to 250 “migrant labour families”. Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, Senior BJP and Kashmiri Pandit leader and Virender Raina, President, Panun Kashmir were among others present on the occasion.
Beopar Mandal Udhampur team distributed dry ration in Bharat Nagar Ward Number 5. President Jitender Vermani and all office bearers of Beopar Mandal Udhampur were present on the occasion.
