JAMMU, May 18: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP)’s OBC Morcha today staged protest demonstration and torched Chinese flag here.
They were chanting slogans like “Swadeshi Apnao Videshi Bhagao.” The protest was organised on the instructions of Braham Jyot Satti, Morcha president at Narwal area under the supervision of Anil Balgotra, District president Jammu.
BJP State vice president, Yudhvir Sethi; Munish Sharma, Morcha in-charge; Braham Jyot Satti, president BJP OBC Morcha JKUT; Neelam Virdhi, Morcha vice president; Raj Kumar Tarkhan, Morcha general secretary; Ravi Mehra, State office secretary, Sunil Kumar Dofara, State publicity secretary; Tarun Kumar, State secretary; Saksham Mehra, Pawan Kumar, Arvind Satti and other Morcha members were present during the protest.
While addressing the protestors, the Morcha president said the whole world is suffering from a China born pandemic and the China should be boycotted economically. “China’s huge economy is depending on our country if we boycott the Chinese products, the China will become weak economically,” he said.
He appealed the public to use made in India products it would make our nation strong. He also directed the all District presidents of the Morcha to make public aware about the drawbacks of Chinese products and continued distribution of ration among needy people.
