JAMMU, May 26: Distribution of ration and essential items among needy persons continued here.
Members of MD Bandey Memorial Society Poonch led by Er Saleem Bandey covered the villages Banwat and Dhokri situated near LoC and distributed the essential commodities. Naib Sarpanch Faiz Hussain, Manzoor Hussain Panch, Shahzad Akhtar, Manazar Hussain and Ghulam Hameed prominent villagers and members of the Trust Jaleel Khawaja Joint Secretary, Imran Shah Publicity Secretary, Sohail Kirmani, Jagjit Singh, Riaz Ahmed, Asif Kirmani, Rafiq Sheikh and Mohammad Iqbal Bhat were also present.
Arun Chowdhary President Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Jammu and Kashmir along with executive members of the Sabha paid visit to Arya Nagar, Dindekalan on Ranbir Singh Pura road and distributed dry ration and other food essentials to the needy people. President and Mantri of Arya samaj Dindekalan assisted in the distribution exercise.
Senior Congress leader, member PCC and Pradesh Returning Officer Youth Congress Election Commission Sajjad Tariq distributed ration kits among the people of district Rajouri.
Jammu and Kashmir Police distributed ration and vegetables among thirty five families living in various areas of Bhaderwah at Ganpat Bazaar. The ration and vegetables were distributed by a team led by Additional SP Bhaderwah Raj Singh Gouria and Tehsil Bhaderwah Zeeshan Tahir. Satish Chander Kotwal, Raju Charak, Puneet Mehta, Hans Raj, Amresh Kotwal, Sanjay Singh, Ravinder Kotwal and many others were present on the occasion.
