RAJOURI, Apr 9:   The retired employees of  Jammu Kashmir Minerals Limited (JKML) of  Kalakote coal mines have flayed the management for doing most injustice  and meting out step motherly treatment to them.
These retirees  who have started agitation/ dharna  at the Weigh Bridge, Kalakote alleged that after several representations to the MD and GM of the JKML,  nothing has been done in this regard. They pointed out that State employees are getting 72 % DA while JKML workers are being given just 20% DA which is glaring example of discrimination. They warned to launch fast unto death agitation if the management failed to settle their pending issue which also include fixation of pay in terms of SRO 92-F of 2009 dated 24-4-09 in favour of retirees, include DA/ COLA released by Govt from 1-1-2006,  payment of gratuity, COLA arrears  etc.
