SAMBA, May 30: Ramgarh police today carried out cleanliness and sanitization drive at holy shrine of Baba Chamliyal and Gurudwara Sahib, Koulpur as a part its initiative to sanitize the religious places.
A majority of temples and other places of worship in India have been shut for devotees entry to avoid spread of Coronavirus. In today’s drive, Inspector Chaman Gorkha SHO, Police Station, Ramgarh carried out cleanliness of holy shrine of Baba Chamliyal situated on Indo-Pak border in Ramgarh Sector where a famous annual Mela is organised in the month of June .Besides, this, police team of PS Ramgarh has also undertaken cleanliness in Gurudwara Sahib at village Koulpur.
The basic objective of taking such initiative by the Samba Police is to enthuse the spirit of hygienic and cleanliness among the people.
