Mahajan Sabha Trikuta Nagar to establish its office

JAMMU, Apr 9: For its proper functioning, Mahajan Sabha Trikuta Nagar has decided to establish its small office somewhere in the area.
Decision in this regard was taken during a meeting of the Sabha members, held under the chairmanship of Bal Krishan Gupta at the residence of B D Gupta.
During the meeting, the members discussed several issues, including the setting up a small office of the Sabha. For the purpose, the Sabha office bearers decided to approach the Minister for Housing and Culture Raman Bhalla and Nawang Rigzin Jora for allotment of a small piece of land by the JDA.
Stressing the need for frequent meetings of the Sabha members for better interaction and review activities, participants of the meet were of the opinion that the community should encourage more and more social activities for extending a helping hand to the needy. They also suggested that besides promoting business, the Mahajan community should leave no stone unturned to provide higher professional knowledge to their children for enabling them to become part of Government machinery.
The meet also discussed several other issues, concerning the Mahajan biradri and its overall welfare.
