RAJOURI, June 7: All the contractual employees working under MG-NREGA today appealed the Lieutenant Governor, GC Murmu to address their long pending demands of regularization in Rural Development Department (RDD).
“There are many posts lying vacant in the department and they should be adjusted against these posts as they have been working in the department for the last 12-14 years,” said spokesman of MGNREGA Employees Association Rajouri.
He further said that the highly educated youth have been working under MGNREGA with full dedication for years on a meagre honorarium which was not enough to support their families.
