Jammu, June 9: Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has sanctioned an ex- gratia of Rs one lakh in favour of NOKs of deceased Beer Singh who died in a road accident at Khaleni in district Doda in the year 2019.
The case was recommended by the Doda District Administration to the office of the Lt. Governor for the grant of financial assistance in favour of the NOKs of the deceased which has been accorded sanction by the Lt Governor’s office.
Pertinent to mention that all such cases involving grant of ex gratia particularly in this hilly region have always been accorded top priority by the office of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
