BJP to connect with people through virtual rallies: Sat

Sunil Sethi highlights achievements of Union Govt

JAMMU, June 9: Finding another alternative to conduct meetings and rallies with the activists, BJP has planned to gather more support for the party by reaching out to masses through Digital and Virtual Sampark.
Continuing with this approach, meetings were held in various Assembly constituencies of Jammu Rural district which were chaired by former State president, BJP Sat Sharma (CA) along with chief spokesperson of the party and Prabhari, Jammu Rural, Advocate Sunil Sethi and Seh Prabhari, Thakur Narayan Singh. The meetings were organized under the leadership of district president , Rajinder Singh Chib.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat appealed the people present to become a part of the first virtual rally in Jammu which will be addressed by Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and other senior leaders of the party. He stated that due to COVID-19, it has become impossible now to conduct mass gatherings and rallies so our party’s Central leadership found a way to interact with crores of people across the country and that is through virtual, video and audio conferencing. He said as informed earlier, on 14 June Union Defence Minister will address lakhs of people residing in Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency and as assigned by the party leadership we are going to various Assembly Constituencies falling under the Lok Sabha to make people and aware them about the upcoming rallies and programmes of party.
Sunil Sethi asked the BJP activists to chalk out a perfect strategy concerning these virtual rallies and stated that in future also we have to adopt these things in our lives to carry on the party’s work at grass root level. He also highlighted major achievements of the Central Government related to Jammu and Kashmir.
Narayan Singh highlighted the achievements of the Central Government and appealed to the participants to make the rally of 14 June a big success.
Rajinder Singh thanked the senior leadership of the party for touring far flung areas of Jammu -Poonch Lok Sabha and said that all efforts of every activist will be induced to make future programs of the party as successful events.
District general secretaries, Sham Lal Sharma and Kasturi Lal, district president of Morchas, Deepak Pandey, Rajni Devi, Satish Sharma, Shamsher Kumar, Subash Kumar, Mandal presidents, Shakti Dutt Sharma, Ashok Kerni, Suresh Khajuria, Kalidass Verma, Ajay Sharma and Shamsher Singh were also present.
