KATRA, June 9: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) today organised a webinar on “Strategies for Effective Leadership” for budding managers of School of Business.
During the webinar, Aditi Vasandi Branch Head of AU Small Finance Bank Jammu enlightened the budding managers while telling them the seven secrets of inspiring leaders.
She underlined that leaders need to have confidence in his/her abilities/capabilities along with confidence in the talent and capabilities of team members. She attributed optimization as the key for effective leadership which has a multiplier effect.
The session was coordinated by Dr Jyoti Sharma, a senior faculty of the School of Business, SMVDU. Dr Jyoti expressed her gratitude on behalf of the School to Vasandi for stirring up the minds of budding managers with her practical experiences.
Students asked many queries related to the motivation strategies of a leader which were well- answered by Vasandi during the talk.
