JAMMU, June 19: The Government today issued orders of promotion/placement of 12 Incharge Superintending Engineers (SEs) as Incharge, Chief Engineers in PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
I/C SEs who were placed/assigned the charge as Chief Engineers are- Ashwani Kumar Anand, Aijaz Ahmed Khan, Suresh Sabberwal, Iftikhar Ahmed Kakroo, Jankar Nath, Naresh Kumar, Manjeet Kotwal, Basharat Jeelani Kawoosa, Sanjay Gupta, Iftikhar Ahmed Wani, Hamesh Manchanda and Manesh Kumar Bhat.
Consequent to the above placements, Sanjeev Kumar Chadha, I/C Chief Engineer PHE Jammu has now been shifted and placed as I/C Chief Engg DIQC with effect from July Ist, 2020; Ajaz Ahmed Khan I/C SE LAWDA has been placed as I/C CE Hyd Circle Ladakh; Suresh Sabberwal I/C SE Hyd Circle Kathua as I/C CE RTIC Jammu; Iftikhar Ahmed Kakroo I/C SE Jhelum & Tawi Flood Recovery as I/C CE Irrigation and Flood Control, Kashmir while Manjeet Kotwal I/C SE ERA has been sent on deputation to PDC as I/C Chief Engineer.
Manesh Kumar Bhat, I/C SE Hydraulic Circle Rajouri has been placed as I/C Chief Engineer, PHE Jammu with effect from July Ist, 2020; Hamesh Manchanda, I/C SE RTIC Jammu as I/C Chief Engg Irrigation and Flood Control, Jammu; Iftikhar Ahmed Wani I/C SE Hyd Circle Anantnag as I/C CE PHE Kashmir while Naresh Kumar I/C SE Hyd Circle, Doda has been placed as I/C CE in PDC.
Basharat Jeelani Kawoosa, I/C SE Hyd Circle Baramulla has been placed as I/C Chief Engg /Director Technical in ERA vice Naim Ahmed Naim who is retiring on June 30; Jankar Nath I/C SE CVPPL shall continue in the CVPPL but now as I/C Chief Engineer and Sanjay Gupta, I/C SE CVPPL shall also continue on deputation to same agency but as I/C Chief Engineer with effect from July Ist, 2020.
