JAMMU, June 22: A general body meeting of Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha was held here today at Geeta Bhawan, Parade under the chairmanship of Parshotam Kumar Dadichi, Sabha president.
In the meeting Shakti Dutt Sharma and Arun Gupta were announced as Sabha Vice Presidents.
Other office bearers of Sabha announced on the occasion were Parbhat Singh, General Secretary; Pawan Baru, Secretary; Dalip Gupta, Joint Secretary; Subash Chander, Joint Secretary; Sanjay Gupta, Treasurer; Ashok Mahajan, Co-Treasurer and Koushal Kumar, Bhandhar Parmukh.
Apart from this office bearers of Pramarsh Daatta Mandal were also announced as Bodh Raj Sharma, Jagdish Dogra, Jagdish Sharma, Satpal Rathore and K.D Singh.
The Sabha appealed to the public to avoid Chinese goods.
A two minutes silence was also observed to pay respect to the 20 army personnel martyred at Galwan valley and tributes to the soldiers who laid their lives fighting terrorist in J&K were also paid.
