JAMMU, June 28: The SR College of Competitions (SRCC) today organised a comprehensive workshop for guidance programme to the Civil Services aspirants from J&K.
The workshop dealt with basic queries as to how to prepare for the competitive examination. Visiting faculty from Delhi, Gautam Pandey was the resource person, who interacted with the students on Zoom platform.
Detailed discussion with regard to syllabus, relevant sources of study material and strategies that an aspirant could adopt for achieving the desired results took place.
The experienced faculty also told the students about the importance of NCERT books and how to read different topics and chapters.
Those who joined the online platform for the guidance informed about the qualifying papers, the minimum marks required and topics generally covered for the preliminary as well as mains examination.
“The SRCC is committed to guide the Civil Services aspirants, especially in the difficult times of COVID-19 pandemic. Different activities including regular classes are organised via different online platforms to keep the students informed with regard to preparations for various examinations, especially the Civil Services,” informed Centre head of SRCC, Jammu, Praful Sharma.
