JAMMU, Apr 13: In a petition filed by Attrinder Pal Singh challenging the selection of Cultural Assistant, State High Court issued notice to the respondents and directed that subject to the objections from the other side till next date the merit list of the candidates for the post of Cultural Assistant, District Cadre Poonch (Information Department) should remain in abeyance.
Justice Tashi Rabstan also directed respondents to decide the objections claimed to have been filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order within four weeks.
