JAMMU, Apr 13: Punjab National Bank today distributed stationery items among the students of Government Primary School Harsha Dabbar in Bishnah.
The stationery items, distributed among the students, included copies, pens, colour crayons, sketch pens, markers etc.
Addressing the students, PNB Circle Head, J&K Operation, Ashok Gupta advised the former to imbibe values of truth and honesty in their dealings. He said that the students should work hard to find their place in the society. He assured them of all possible help from the bank in their education and career development.
The village has been adopted by the bank and today’s programme was held under the PNB Vikas- an initiative of the bank.
On the occasion, the bank officials also planted saplings inside the school premises. Others present included Surinder Gupta (Branch Manager Bishnah) and Capt Neeraj Anand, Senior Manager Security of the bank.
