Warm send off accorded to retirees

JAMMU, June 30: District administration Udhampur today gave a warm send off to Senior Superintendent of Police, Udhampur, Rajiv Omparkash Pandey, during a function presided over by District Development Commissioner, Dr Piyush Singla.
The function was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Ashok Kumar, ADC, Nagendra Singh Jamwal, ASP Rajinder Katoch, CEO MDA, Dr Gurvinderjeet Singh, ACR, Viqar Giri, Assistant Commissioner Development, Mushtaq Chowdhary, Chief Planning Officer, Rajeev Bhushan, ARTO, Rachna Sharma, District Information Officer, Er Sajad Bashir Somberia, Tehsildar Udhampur, Amit Verma and other officers who wished the retiring officer all success for his future assignment.
SKUAST-Jammu accorded a warm farewell to Dr Dileep Kachroo, Chief Scientist & Head, Farming System Research, Dr R K Arora, Associate Director Extension and Incharge KVKs and Sujata Punjabi, Deputy Comptroller, who attained superannuation today. Vice-Chancellor SKUAST-J Prof J P Sharma wished the retiring officers a prosperous retired life. Meanwhile, members of SKUAST-Teaching Association Jammu (SKUAST-TAJ) through a video conference wished Dr R K Arora a prosperous life after retirement.
C D Sharma, Principal, Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Jhiri, got superannuation today after rendering 26 years glorious service in School Education Department. All J&K Plus 2 Officers’ Association of which he has been an active founder executive member (general secretary), termed Sharma a source of inspiration for all the teaching community. The members of the Association through a video conference wished him a very happy post retirement life.
Rakesh Gupta, Accounts Officer, District Fund Office, Jammu was given a warm send off by his colleagues and seniors as he retired today after rendering more than 37 years of service. Director Finance, Funds Organization and Chief Accounts Officer, District Fund Office, Jammu along with other staff wished the retiring officer a happy retired life.
A warm farewell was given to Kailsash Kumari, Senior Assistant, working in J&K SC, ST, BC Development Corporation’s District Office, Jammu, who retired today on attaining superannuation after rendering 29 years of service in the Corporation. Dr Bharat Bhushan, Managing Director of the Corporation wished the retiree a healthy and contented post retirement life. Mohd Yaseen, Financial Advisor/ CAO, Ghulam Quader Khatana, General Manager, Jammu and other staff members were also present in the farewell function.
An emotional farewell was accorded to Vijay Kumar Koushal, Subject Matter Specialist (Regional Level) who attained superannuation today after rendering service for more than 35 years. Director of Agriculture Jammu, Inder Jeet and other senior officers wished the retiring officer a very happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
Well wishes were also extended to other retirees of the department namely B L Goja (AEO Marh), Kishori Lal (Senior Assistant, Kathua), Mewa Ram (PP Operater, R S Pura), Vijay Kumar (Helper, SM Farm Chinore), Krishan Lal Solan (Head Assistant, Reasi) and Patel Kumar (Chauffeur, CAO Kathua).
In a simple but impressive function held today at District Police Office Samba and DPL Samba, Samba police accorded warm send off to SI Charan Dass, SI Uttam Chand, SI Swaran Singh, Head Constable Kishore and Follower Baldev Singh, who retired today on attaining superannuation. SSP Samba in his message wished all the retirees a happy and healthy post retirement life.
Usha Kiran Ticku, Head Assistant, in the office of Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports (YSS), Jammu was given a warm send off by the Department on her retirement after attaining the age of superannuation. All the staff members wished her happy and healthy post retirement life.
