SRINAGAR: Three people were buried in snow following an avalanche in Uri sector in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here this afternoon.
Deen Mohammad Sood, Karim Sood and Latief Sood had gone to woods at Dara Kujul in Boniyar sector of Uri in north Kashmir.
However, when they were collecting mushrooms, a huge snow avalanche came from the top and all the three were buried alive.
Rescue teams were rushed to the spot to recover the bodies. (AGENCIES)
