JAMMU, July 15: A bike-borne man was killed today in a road accident in Bagh-e-Bahu area of city outskirts.
“Johny (41), a resident of Bari Brahmana, received serious injuries this afternoon when a speeding bike on which he was travelling, rammed into divider of the road near Environmental Park in Bagh-e-Bahu area,” a police official said.
He said that the injured man was immediately rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where he was declared as brought dead by the doctors.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary of the Hospital while concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
