JAMMU, July 17: A delegation of Central Working Committee of All J&K Plus Two PSC Lecturer Association, led by Manjeet Chib, called upon Director School Education Jammu, Anuradha Gupta and submitted her proposal for extending the benefits of Assured Career Progression.
The delegation highlighted all the issues of service matters and discussed at length. The delegation put forth all the suggestions and feedback to DSEJ and asked her to plead the case on behalf of lecturer fraternity as of being chairman of the committee and also head of the department at divisional level. The issues highlighted include Assured Career Progression, placement of lecturers as senior lecturer, restoration of 40% quota in higher education, implementation of Govt order no 743,transfer policy and non vocational status to Principals.
DSEJ assured that the proposal submitted by CWC Jammu shall be recommended positively and she was of the view that financial incentives in the form of ACP will surely work as motivating force.
