The Chief Minister of the State must issue instructions to the concerned not to transfer the masters and lecturers in 10+2 cadre, who are premature, ill and at the verge of retirement.
The officials above 57 years of age should not be transferred because if they join their new places of posting, all their claims before and even after retirement throughout life will be settled from the one attended at last. Usually, such type of people are not in good health, and will be unnecessarily harassed and forced to give bribe for the modification of their transfers. It is, therefore, requested to the CM to issue necessary instructions with regard to the same on humanitarian ground so that they are not disturbed.
