Aadhaar Card

Sir,
In order to make payments to employees, various transactions, old age pensions, scholarships and subsidies etc the J & K Government has decided to use Aadhaar Card system from April 2016 to avoid delays, corruption and lengthy verifications.
As a fact of matter digitilization is the modern trend to make things quick, easy and transparent. It is of course a welcome move. Honestly speaking the dead line April 2016 set up by the Govt, for the purpose seems to be doubtfull because the process of the issuance of Aadhaar Cards is too slow to introduce it in near future.
At present more than 70 percent of the deserving persons in J and K are without Aadhaar Cards. The agency (department) for the issuance of Aadhaar Cards seems to be unable to complete the process even before 2017.
Keeping in view the difficulties in the issuance of Aadhaar Cards the present administration  is requested to please speed up the process and strengthen the agency concerned and prolong the deadline  till the process of the issuance of Aadhaar Cards is completed.
Yours etc….
