According to K Srinivasa Rao, General Manager, HR, it has been noticed that fraudulent recruitment advertisements and job offers are being made by some unscrupulous elements forging Airports Authority of India name/logo and trying to deceive with false promises of securing a job in the AAI.
“These persons ask for sensitive personal/financial information and payments for job offers. It has also been noticed that certain websites are showing AAI’s vacancies on their sites. It is clarified that no websites or agencies have been authorized by the Airports Authority of India either to show vacancies on their site or to accept any application for recruitment for AAI’s vacancies,” he said, adding that all the vacancies and recruitment in AAI are noticed on AAI’s website, Employment News/Rojgar Samachar and leading newspapers.
“Link to apply for AAI vacancies is available only on the Airports Authority of India’s official website www.aai.aero and not in any other website. Only application fee is payable at the time of online registration and no other payments are sought at any stages of recruitment,” he added and appealed all prospective job aspirants to exercise caution and not to be misled by such false advertisements.
