SRINAGAR, Aug 21: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today asked Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor administration to reorganize Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) and Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) and act against the accused within the system who are involved in recruitment scams and not to play with the future of innocent youth who are pinning high hopes for getting a Government job.
Addressing a press conference here today, AAP leader Dr Nawab Nasir Aman said that the first thing which the LG administration of J&K should do is reorganization of JKSSB and JKPSC which are now reduced into a fee collection centers.
“Post officers of high morale and potential in both these recruitment agencies and to ensure a completely transparent, secret and free of irregularities recruitment process which is must to restore confidence of people of the UT,” AAP leader said.
Over the news of possible scrapping of FAA selection list, Dr Nawab demanded LG administration not to take any harsh step of this nature which will directly affect the life and aspirations of a large number of aspirants of this recruitment.
“Take your time for inquiry, minutely probe the entire process and take action against all those candidates who are dubious in terms of appearance in examination,” the AAP leader said, adding, the Government should take care of the aspirations and life of the majority of eligible aspirants who had worked hard for long to appear in the examination.
Dr Nawab said the easiest way in all these issues is to scrap the selection list but need of the hour is not to go for scrapping of entire list but to hold minute and in-depth probe to identify black sheep and action should only be taken against these black sheep within the aspirants and concerned officers only.
