JAMMU, Mar 31: Aam Aadmi Party J&K, Jammu unit, organized a peaceful protest at Main Road Gandhi Nagar, here today, against arrest of former Deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia & Health Minister Satyendar Jain as a result of Modi Govt’s alleged political vendetta.
Several AAP leaders, including female faces & activists stood in a long queue at Main Road Gandhi Nagar, adjoining Hotel Asia, with black ribbons on their shoulders and placards and banners in their hands having slogans against the arrests.
While addressing the media persons on the occasion, AAP leaders Amit Langer and S Gurmeet Singh Baaghi, strongly condemned the Modi regime for arresting AAP leaders Sisodia & Jain in false cases just to defame the pro- people mission of Kejriwal Government.
While speaking, AAP leader Agya Kour also criticized Modi Govt for filing ED sponsored manipulated FIRs against the former AAP ministers.
Sushma Malhotra, another woman activist of AAP, also condemns Modi Govt for arrest of former AAP ministers merely as a result of political enmity to stop the healthcare of poor & education of Dalits. “BJP never wants education for poor as it is merely keen to exploit the poverty for a paid vote bank,” Malhotra further alleged.
